We believe that more information isn't necessarily the answer .... its what you do with it that counts.

Our Story

While working on various projects in the design, architectural and construction industry, we noticed a wide gap in the results being achieved by companies and what they were actually telling their industry colleagues. We are here to bridge that gap. With our help, any business can compete and achieve a fair share of sales in a relatively small marketplace.

Meet The Team

William Carroll

Founder & CEO

William has worked in Banking, Design, Retail and Construction. Has has run his own successful interiors business and has been engaged as a consultant in may others. He certainly appreciates what it takes to succeed and is no stranger to the information gap - hence the formation of this company.

Iain Spiers

Finance Lead

Iain has been involved on the finance side of Interior Design, Hospitality and Retail for over 20 years and has been personally involved, behind the scenes, with a number of the world's top interiors brands. He is very happy to be joining the team as the Interiors lead focussing 100% on the Chelsea Harbour area.

Glen Promnitz

Business Development Manager

Glen cant wait to speak to you. He has worked as a consultant in various industries in the UK and Australia and brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. He's going to show you why the numbers matter and how The Measure will lead you to success and growth!

Maxwell St. Peter

Data Analyst

Max joins us as the number crunching powerhouse behind the scenes. He's the one that makes sure that the sums are correct and that we are comparing apples with apples! Max will be your day to day contact for any reporting questions and queries.
